Besides daily puja and aarti, Tennessee Hindu temples celebrate all major Hindu festivals like Ugadi, Sri Rama Navami, Dasara Navratri, Diwali, Annakoot, Ganesh Chaturthi, Pongal and offers priest services for grihapravesh, satyanarayana pooja, havan, nava graha puja, and hindu sansakaras.

Nashville Ganesha Temple

Located on Old Hickory Blvd in Nashville, Ganesha Temple is dedicated to Hindu elephant god Ganapathi a.k.a Vinayaka.

Besides Ganesh, other deities at the Ganesha Temple include Venkateswara and Shiva.

In addition to daily puja and aarti, Ganesha Temple celebrates all major Hindu festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Ugadi, Sri Rama Navami, Dasara Navratri, Diwali, Pongal and offers priest services for grihapravesh, satyanarayana pooja, havan, nava graha puja, and other hindu ceremonies.

Also, classes are conducted on Hindu vedic heritage through Sunday school program.

Free Lunch Prasadam
The temple serves free lunch prasadam on Sundays and boxed lunches for a fee on Saturdays.

Sunday free lunch prasadam includes rice dishes like Lemon rice, Puliyogara, Vangi bhath, Vegetable Pulao, Yogurt rice, Bisibella bath, entrees like Vegetable Curry, Dal, Upma, sides like Raita, Koshimbir, Sundal and Payasam, Sheera, Kesari, Sweet Pongal desserts.

Memphis Hindu Temple

Located in Eads, India Cultural Center & Temple features nine Hindu shrines.

The main shrine at the temple is dedicated to Balaji of seven hills along with Sridevi, Bhudevi & Jaya, Vijaya dwara palakas.

Besides Venkateswara, other deities at the temple include Rama Parivar, Radha Krishna, Ganesh, Shiva, Parvathi and Murugan.

In addition to daily puja and celebrating major Hindu festivals, India Cultural Center & Temple offers priest services for vahana (car) pooja, seemantham, vivaham, namakaranam, annaprasanam kesa khandanam, aksharabhyasam, upanayanam etc.
